習(xí)慣的力量在推動著我們,它推動著我們無覺知地做著事情。
有時候我們在做某件事情時,卻不知道自己在做著這件事情。
甚至當(dāng)我們不想做某件事情時,但仍然還是會去做這件事情。
有時候我們會說,我不想這么做但它比我強大,它推動著我。
所以那是一個種子,一種習(xí)慣的力量,它可能來自于過去許多代。
我們繼承了很多。通過正念,我們能夠覺知到傳遞給我們的習(xí)慣性力量。
我們可能會發(fā)現(xiàn),我們的父母或祖父母在某些方面也很弱,與我們類似。
我們可以不加判斷地覺知到,我們的一些消極習(xí)慣來自于這些祖?zhèn)鞯?span id="4hnhj33" class="wpcom_tag_link">根源。
我們可以對自己的缺點微笑,對自己的習(xí)慣性力量微笑。
通過覺知我們有了選擇,可以采取另一種方式而行。
即刻,我們就能結(jié)束這種痛苦的輪回。
HABIT ENERGY IS pushing us;
it pushes us to do things without our being aware.
Sometimes we do something without knowing we’re doing it.
Even when we don’t want to do something, we still do it.
Sometimes we say- didn’t want to do it,
but it’s stronger than me it pushed me.
So that is a seed, a habit energy,
which may have come from many generations in the past We have inherited a lot.
With mindfulness, we can become aware of the habit energy
that has been passed down to us.
We might see that our parents or grandparents were also very weak
in ways similar to us.
We can be aware without judgment that our negative habits
come from these ancestral roots.
We can smile at our shortcomings at our habit energy.
With awareness, we have a choice.
we can act another way.
We can end the cycle of suffering right now.
